It's the middle of the night and a woman lies in bed wide awake. A buzzing noise comes from under the sheets as she twists, biting her lip and letting loose the sounds of a happy woman. The sheets fall off only to reveal an alien themed sex toy. Now since when have human beings become so intrigued by alien life forms that our intrigue has become a sexual fantasy? Out on the market there are several toys that can bring to life the fantasies of Sci-Fi fans everywhere: aliens, werewolves, octopi and even dragons! New fantasies are dreamed up every day and fetishes are added to the ever growing list of existing ones. Our curiosities often get the best of us. I mean who wouldn't want to step outside their own bubble even for a moment mentally to view the possibilities beyond the reach of our own planet.

That's what I want to talk about mainly in my article. People today have become bored of the hum drum of even our own sexual desires to the point that we start reaching out to something unfamiliar so we can excite ourselves. Although not everyone is as keen on these toys as some are, the fact is that we as a species are just as curious as any other if not more, leading us to new discoveries of our likes and dislikes. At one point I'm sure everyone thought of anal sex as being such a strange and unfamiliar thing, but it eventually became something that is now more socially acceptable and even more of a turn on and sensual stimulant. So why not evolve sexually to the point of being open minded towards something that has been around already for hundreds of years...aliens!

We have been introduced to the thought of aliens since the beginning of time, always starting out as rumors and stories from someone or maybe even an experience for ourselves. In our movies, we make them something to be feared or some kind of adversary that comes to our planet to let us prove our worth by overcoming them in some epic battle. Today something that was so taboo and full of that emotion of fear is turned into laughter. We have made aliens a part of our culture in a way that adds humor in movies, books and more. So what would be the next step after making comedies about aliens? Naturally, sex related material everywhere! Books first, then movies, then randomly born fantasies from your own head about all these movies and books you just read. Lastly there's bound to be props from the movie or physical objects for marketing that you can take home to remind you of the movie you just saw because why just see it when you can live it?

After all is said and done you go home with an idea in your head and a useless toy from the movies. So what happens? The wife puts one and one together and says to herself "Hey I wonder if it's possible to try that one hot scene in the movie where the alien is pleasuring that woman to orgasm with his really long probey thing?" Now we're back to the first scene from the first paragraph, but you never know whether your son or whatever will find it and start playing with it and wonder why it smells so funny. Now there are better ways for people to get their rocks off, they're called sex toys and now they come in all shapes and sizes including the now and forever not so popular alien probey thingy.
