The British design firm Nation, is offering up a bit of not-safe-for-work holiday cheer with a web site that will let folks create holiday greeting cards made from Google Instant’s list of banned search terms. So, Have a Sexy Blowjob Teabagging and lashings of Bisexual Twinkle!
The Google Blacklist Christmas Card allows visitors to flip through and choose, from the myriad of search terms for which Google Instant will not autocomplete results, those they'd like on their season’s greeting. There’s even a feature that leads to word definitions, if needed! As the site says, “It most certainly will be offensive,” because why else would Google Instant insist that we can’t get instant search results for words like crossdresser, yiffy, marijuana, or lesbian? Google just wants to protect us from offending ourselves.
The service is built from a list at 2600, which offers up a growing collection of all the blacklisted words that show up with no results in Google Instant, so maybe that might help when building a card for holiday cheer. It also includes words that Google Instant has not banned, such as bimbo, fag and dyke—because nobody would be offended by such terms, oh no! (Hey, wait …) But, while we’re all suffering from Google’s bizarre information censorship, at least we can hang out to groovy music at Nation’s site and flip through delightful naughtiness all day. Wishing you some Kinkster Consensual Intercourse and a Cumming New Year!
