A San Francisco man named Jack Hagerty isn't happy with a $621,000 deal on a condo he bought to share with his 10-year-old son. Turns out, he didn't do enough research before entering into the deal.
Hagerty apparently has severe allergies, so he decided to pull up the carpet in his new place. He let his downstairs neighbor know, and got an email he wasn't quite expecting.
“I am a sexual enthusiast and enjoy leather sex,” the downstairs neighbor wrote. “At times, it is possible and even likely that the sounds of leather sex will be coming from my bedrooms to your bedrooms without an effective sound barrier. While it is not my issue, you may find you need to explain things to your son as it could be confusing to him since it frequently doesn't sound as pleasurable as it is.”
Hagerty says he's not really bothered by the man's lifestyle. He just wishes he'd found out before he put every penny he had into the condo.
“I just don't think it is appropriate for my son to bear witness to that,” Hagerty said.

I kind of agree with him. On one hand, I could see how he wouldn't want his son to hear that, and he wouldn't want to have to explain that to him.
But I could also see the land lord not wanting to openly share that information, as it would make people less likely to buy the house.
