I know that the Wet Look Skirt with Boning by Coquette will look fabulous on some people. Sadly, I am not one of those people. I had this idea in my head of how the skirt would look on me and when I tried it on, it was nothing like what I had imagined. The trim beneath the buckles/lacing is less stretchy then the material itself so my chub in this area actually bulges out. Then beneath the trim, it bulges out again. While it didn't work for me, it may work better for you. Read more

    I actually really dislike the back of this piece. I don't know why they added in those laces, since they don't seem to be adjustable (unless you want a pocket in the back of your skirt) and just come off as a bit much.
