Maybe I expected too much from the Lace Petticoat by Coquette. It was my first petticoat and I wasn't terribly impressed. The lace is coarse so you need to wear leggings or nylons beneath the petticoat. When I wore the petticoat beneath one of my skirts, it really didn't create any puffiness. It's cute and inexpensive... I guess I just expected more. Read more
