Well, this was educational, at least.
I had to look this one up, so for those who are curious about how it works, it attaches around the scrotum. ( The thin part would be between the cock and balls, and the conical part would "cover" the balls ) You can attached weights to it so that the balls basically hang down lower/are heavier. It's a BDSM 'torture' device. I'm not really into that kind of thing, but it certainly looks interesting! XD
