The cuffs and collar are made of red adjustable leather straps with soft woven nylon backing for a great look and feel. Cuffs and collar have a dee ring in the center for attaching ties or tethers, roller buckle closures, and an adjustable fit. Adjustable in half-inches, the cuffs fit from 5" to 9", and the collar fits from 11" to 17". The Submissive Bondage Kit will come with a reusable clear vinyl storage bag with a hanging loop.
