At first I thought these were supposed to hold your thighs together and I wondered why on earth you would want to do that. Then I noticed the picture with the wrist cuffs attached to the thigh cuffs. Doh!

TheZombre, if it helps any, mine did not come with wrist cuffs. I have the wrist cuffs from the Under Bed Restraint System and they work ok together.
Overall, I like this product. Thigh cuffs are hard to find. I prefer the Liberator Pro Cuff ones, however, as I find them more attractive and well-made. I'd love to see EF offer leather or vegan leather thigh cuffs...
