  I like to call wands "Gateway Toys". Since they were my first toys, I will always have a soft spot for them. They produce strong clitoral orgasms, but they are a bit too loud and a bit clunky. However, they seem to be the perfect starter toy...For most anyways!

  I bought the Hitachi Magic Wand with attachments on another website, but I have to say, this is my favorite vibrator and I honestly hesitate to buy anything else. While I wish it had more vibration settings than two, it has a low and a high... and let me say, the high is HIGH! It took me time to work up to being able to use it without having something between me and the vibrator if I turned it on high, as the low setting was nice, but it really only teased. The only REAL qualm that I have with the Hitachi is that the wire that connects to the base of the toy seems to bend and break easily if your not super careful. Buy a small extension chord if you think you think your going to accidentally tug on it. And don't get this product if you want something quiet... It's anything but.

  I LOVE this toy. Yes its big and too darn loud, but I love my Hitachi Magic Wand.   Just got this about a month ago when another vibe hit the bucket. This one is AWESOME!!!! I love the fact the it plugs in and you don't run out of "battery juice" at just the wrong time. It is REALLY strong, but you can just find other places to vibrate that are NEAR your desired location and it'll do the job. I personally don't think it is as loud as everyone says it is... But then again - I'm really loud. Yes, it makes noise, but it's not like a car motor you can hear in the other room! All in all - way worth the money!

  I recently bought the Hitachi magic wand vibrator because I was getting tired of CONSTANTLY having to buy new batteries for my old vibe because it tends to take me at least 30 minutes to reach an orgasm.   The product itself is wonderful, but be careful if you buy any of the attachments. If you leave them on for any more than an hour, they start eating and melting to the white tip. I didn't know about it and left it on too long and it ate right through the white part. I have to leave the attachment on all the time just to use it now. Also, don't store the attachments with your other toys. It doesn't the same thing.

  My wife loves it. She says it's the best thing I've ever bought her. As for only having 2 speeds this is easily fixed by going to the local hardware store and purchasing an inline sliding dimmer switch. Just cut the cord and install, takes about 2min. It is now variable speed in both the low and high settings. We have had ours for about 5yrs and it’s still going strong. Highly recommended.
