There is only one set of ribs and so we stick with the regular size since it is actually larger than average condoms anyways. This is an excellent choice for the larger than average.

These are the best condoms I've tried. We've never had one break (which has been an issue for us with a lot of condoms) and they feel amazing. Definitely two thumbs up for these!
