There are many methods of toning the body, but very few for toning the internal muscles. The Kegelcisor™ is perhaps the most well known and trusted of these methods.
Made of surgical stainless steel which can be boiled to sterilize, this 7" long wand has a rounded bulge at each third of the length. Measuring 3", 3 ¼" and 4" in circumference, these bulges provide variable resistance during the exercises explained in the accompanying booklet. These exercises help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, leading to better control of sexual muscles and greater vaginal tone after events such as childbirth.
Due to its nonporous surface and ability to be sterilized, the Kegelcisor™ also makes an excellent metal sex toy that can be used both vaginally and anally. Comes with a presentation gift box and a sample packet of water-based lubricant. Weighs one pound.

I just got the Kegelcisor and I can feel it go to work on my PC muscles after the first 10 minutes. I would recommend it because also is pleasurable to use. I love it.
I admit to having more fun with my exercise than a girl probably should. But, the fun is what keeps me going back for more ... and getting a stronger, smaller cunt as I do. I do love to squeeze my man! After the Kegels are over, feel free to take this baby into the shower with you. Some soap suds on the smaller end and anal tickling, probing, play ... oh, a definite must. Naturally, you have to be very religious about cleaning if, like me, you want to switch between cunt and ass. Since the Kegelcisor is made of stainless steel, proper cleaning is not a problem.
