The Aneros Peridise is a stimulating way to work out your PC muscles, and increase your anal awareness - or just to use for fun. This set of two Peridise toys (22mm and 18mm in diameter, both with a length of 4", 3" of which is inserted during normal use) allows you to start out with the easier-to-use, larger model and move to the smaller toy when you're more proficient.
Pros:
Kegels have never been this fun! Good anal stimulation in a small package.
Cons:
Requires a time commitment to learn how to use. The handle is hard to use for direct stimulation.
Experience
The Peridise packs big stimulation into a small package, as I discovered the first time I slid the head of one inside me. As I tensed and relaxed my pelvic muscles, the Peridise slid inside and started to move around. As I contracted my muscles, exercising and strengthening them, the Peridise slid around inside me; stimulating me, and prodding me on to stronger contractions. Exercise has never been this rewarding.

I always wanted to know why they came in pairs, one slightly larger than the other? Why not sell one at a time? Or a series of three or four?
The idea behind the pairs is that the larger Peridise is easier to learn how to use, while the smaller Peridise gives better stimulation and a better workout. In my experience this is true, but instead of a beginner set (22mm & 18mm) and an advanced set (20mm & 16mm), a three-toy set with 22, 18 & 16mm Peridises would be ideal.
As it stands, though, the beginner set is probably the one to carry, as it covers a good range of sizes.
