The suction is great! The vibration is fair. The stroking mechanism came detached during my first usage. Very disappointed, but did have a very powerful orgasm!
This thing could have been awesome..... if not for a few issues.
1. This toy was obviously designed for someone less endowed. Since the seal is not formed with the penis, but with the skin at the base, those with longer equipment will lose the seal and suction upon achieving a full erection.
2. The gel sleeve seems somewhat fragile and will develop holes after the first couple of uses, but this could stem from problem #1
3. The method for delivering vibrations by vibrating only the tip of the sleeve, although stimulating, is not enough for orgasm.
4. If you prefer to finish inside the toy, it is a true pain to clean.
All that being said, with some modification, this toy can still make for a hands-free orgasm. The sleeve peels back allowing the insertion of a couple of small vibrating eggs. This ends up looking like a mess of cables, but the sensation is awesome. If this somehow allowed for adjusting the length, or were maybe just a few inches longer, it would be a
