The strongest vibrations are just below the head, in order to easily massage the sensitive opening of the vagina. High to low variable vibrations are controlled with a twist of the dial base. A fairly quiet toy, but please note the noise level may increase if the toy is bent at a full ninety degree angle.

I don't love this product, which is a shame, since it's the first one I've bought. It's simply too rough for me - the ridges intended to cause pleasure just distracted from it. I ended up using this in a more... exterior way.
