The toy has a wired control that has two buttons, ON/OFF and speed. Once turned on clicking speed takes you through the patterns of bliss. The best function is the suction cup, you can get fucked by the bed, or the wall, or sit on it and spin. The toy isn't waterproof due to the wired controller. The biggest turn off was the initial smell of the toy, it would give me a headache.

The care is quite simple with PVC, its a very light water resistant toy, so simple antibacterial soap or toy cleaner is fine. It's easy to store in the bag that it came in, and nine inches of drawer space. If you need lube, stick with water based or silicone lubricants.
