Unfortunately a disappointment. There's no real rotation to speak of.
It's semi decent as a plug for beginners, but if you're purchasing it because of the added functionality, you're better off buying something else.
I bought this from an adult store in my area and I'm fairly disappointed. While the toy is quite comfortable to use, the rotation is not impressive. It felt like a little squirming but little else.
