The Basix Jelly Egg is a bullet vibe with a thin jelly coating. The vibrations are controlled by a corded handheld unit with a scroll wheel. This would be be good for someone looking for a low-cost (or even disposable) vibrator.-
Material / Texture:
The controller is hard plastic, and the bullet is a standard bullet vibe with a thin coating of pink jelly over it. Although the packaging says 'rubber' it does seem to be a jelly-type, so anyone who is moving away from jelly toys overall will want to skip this one.

The little egg-shaped bullet is 2" long, and 1" in diameter. The controller will fit in a lady's palm easily. The Basix is easy-to-use and would be great for someone new to sex toys. Even though it is not discreet in design, the small size and light weight make it ideal for travel.

Care and Maintenance:
This rubber is fairly porous, which makes it hard to clean. DEFINITELY use a condom over this toy if you are sharing and also to prolong the life of the rubber/jelly coating.
The material is compatible with silicone or water-based lubes. -
Personal comments:
This toy gets a high 'bee' and 'vroom' rating because of the variable speed. It can also be quite quiet.

Why did they coat it?
Wire lasted only a monath or two before i gave out on me mid-session. Not exactly the best experience; but nice intensity, none the less.
