Material / Texture:
Cutie is made from plastic and TPR. Her base is hard, smooth, orange, plastic, with a silver, plastic, ring around the middle. Her shaft is a soft, peach, TPR which is quite squishy and bendable but with an inner core for strength and hardness. She does have seams however they cannot be felt during play. Just make sure to use your fingers to wash the seams after play as they could be a location that could harbor bacteria. She is a lint magnet so you won't want to store her in a sock drawer.
She has a light odor which smells like a new appliance. Nothing really off putting. Her taste is sweet and her texture is velvety on the tongue. -

Cutie has 7 functions. Simply push her dedicated on/off button to get her to light up both at the head and the shaft. A push of her function button will start a low level vibration where the light stays steady. The second function is a fast pulsation with blinking lights. The third is an even faster pulsation with blinking lights. The fourth is long pulsations followed by fast with blinking lights. The fifth is steady vibrations in varying intensities with a steady light. The sixth is intermittent pulsation with blinking lights. The seventh is pulsation followed by steady vibration with blinking and steady lights. Push the function button again to get a steady light without vibration. Then turn off.
Vibrations are centered in the head and carry throughout the toy well. My only worry about this toy is that its light function could cause epileptics to go into a seizure. The light is bright and the flashing fast.
The Cutie is about as quiet as a cell phone and cannot be heard through a closed door but can be heard from underneath the covers.
Do not use the Cutie in the water. She has a battery connection issue which means that you may have to adjust the cap to get her to vibrate. This means that the water tight seal might not be engaged during play.- Functions:

Care and Maintenance:
Wash Cutie before and after each use with soap and water and dry with a lint free towel. If sharing, cover with a condom. Use only water and silicone based lubes with her, never oil. Finally, store her in a toy chest or drawer.

The back of the box gives you info about her soft, hypoallergenic material, controls, functions, and luminous capabilities.
