Flexi is made out of silicone with an ABS plastic core. Silicone is one of the best materials on the market because it is a food-grade material that is hypo-allergenic, non-porous, and free of latex and phthalates. The silicone is definitely a lint and hair magnet. The insides of the toy are made of ABS plastic which give it a firm feel. It has no smell or taste.
It has 3 lines on the head that are 1-1 1/4" long designed for added stimulation.
There is a visible seam running the length of the toy, but it cannot be felt during use.
The top half of the Flexi is somewhat flexible whereas the bottom is firm.
Overall, it is a smooth toy that has some drag to it which will require some lubricant for more comfortable use.
Flexi is a beautiful light blue color with a non phallic shaped head with 8 bulbs increasing in size down the shaft of the toy. It has a wonderful curve to aid in p-spot and g-spot exploration.
The flexi measures 7" long from tip to base, but is 10" long if you follow the curve. The head measures 3 3/4" around. As mentioned previously it has 8 bulbs that increase in size down the shaft. The measurements of the bulbs around are as follows:
1st 4 1/8"
2nd and 3rd 4 3/8"
4th 4 1/2"
5th 4 7/8"
6th 5 1/4"
7th and 8th 5 1/8"
Due to the increasing bulbs down the shaft, the size is good for many users.
The handle measures 5" at first and then decreases to 4 3/4". It is a good size to grip without having to worry about it sliding from your hands or being too cumbersome to maneuver.
Here's what the Silicone Flexi looks like compared to the Petite treats luxury silicone rabbit vibe and my hand.
Although it does not have a distinct phallic shaped head, it is not exactly discreet. I would consider it obvious what its intended purpose was if I saw it laying around.
You could take this with you in a larger purse, bag, or backpack, but make sure you take the batteries out first.
Flexi has 10 settings so there should be a function to suit everyone's needs. I lucked out and my favorite setting of high is first. It is very easy to use it has one push button located at the bottom of the toy. To use, press the button for a few seconds to turn on and then press again to cycle through the settings. When finished, hold for a few seconds and it will turn off. It will pick up on the next setting from where you left off the next time you power it on. The settings are as follows:
1. steady high
2. steady medium
3. steady low
4. Gradient burst (This is where it starts of low and steadily increases then falls off to start back again.)
5. intermittent (pulses high-low-high-low)
6. surge (deeper faster pulses)
7. inta-surge (really fast pulses)
8. even step (deep high-low)
9. roller coaster spurt (continuous deep pulses)
10 pulsate (shorter less powerful pulses)
The vibrations are a mixture of buzzy and rumbly in nature and can be felt from the 3rd bulb up and travel through your hand while holding it. It does not cause any discomfort or tingly feelings in your hand, but does vibrate it.
When in use, it cannot be heard through thin walls or closed doors.
It has an o-ring to keep water from getting into the toy and destroying it. While submerged, it kept vibrating and the vibrations did not diminish any.
It requires 2 AAA batteries (not included) to use and lasts for quite awhile. I was able to use it at least 5 times before having to replace with new batteries. The batteries are located at the bottom of the toy under the twist off cap.
Silicone is very easy to care for, and should be cleaned before and after each use because it does pick up debris easily. Due to its waterproof nature, you can easily wash this with antibacterial soap and warm water. You can also use your favorite toy cleaner or toy wipes if you wish. If you need to sanitize it, you can use a 10% bleach solution.
It is best to use water-based lubricants with the Flexi to ensure longevity of the toy. Store this in a cool dry place without the batteries inserted.
The Silicone Flexi came in a clear package with an information sheet cut around the toy. The toy is visible from the front and back. The front mentions it has 10 settings, is waterproof, is easy to turn on/off, and is silicone. The back shows an example of the settings patterns as well as how pressure can be applied to the prostate and g-spot for pleasure.
With a little bit of lube, you can achieve great things. I have to have clitoral stimulation no matter what I'm doing in my play. The Flexi provides nice vibrations if I wanted to use it just clitorally, but is also amazing used in conjunction with a clit vibe while inserted vaginally. The curvature of the Flexi conforms to my body and hits the spot with little effort. It is great to use alone or before partner play.
