Vroom:

[?Very mild, extremely low level vibration, great for newbies, foreplay and extra sensitive areas.]

Bee:

[?Moderate noise level, similar to a small appliance, can heard through covers and probably through a closed door.]

I would gladly suggest this to someone looking for their first mini vibrator and who doesn't require intense vibrations directly on the clitoris to achieve orgasm. In all it would be a great toy if it just had a little more power and a slightly better thought out design.
