Material / Texture:
This toy is made of TPR with a plastic base. The vibrator isn't very flexible because of all the electronics on the inside, but it's pretty squishy, especially around the head. The bunny is also very flexible. Its ears and front arms can be moved around any way you want. This will help you be able to set it up perfectly around your clit.
There's quite a bit of texture on this toy. The entire insertable part up to the head is covered in a sort of quilted pattern. You can't really feel the texture internally, but you can visibly see it and feel it with your hands. I think it's more for beauty.
In the middle of the toy is a spinning ring that has balls on it. You can feel these internally when they spin around.
The texture could be good for either beginners or more advanced users. -

This looks like your typical rabbit vibrator. It has a base with the controls, then it comes up to a penis shape with a head. Right above the control panel is a little bunny. The bunny looks like it's sitting on its back legs with its front legs and ears out parallel to each other. The TPR is clear, with glitter on the inside. This is a really beautiful, girly vibrator.
It's pretty big, like most rabbits, but it's not extremely thick. It has a circumference of about four inches, and an insertable length of almost five inches. It's got about an extra five inches to it that has the control panel and a little more for something to hold onto while you use it.
It's definitely not discreet, as most people can recognize a rabbit vibrator. It's best to keep this toy hidden.

Functions / Performance / Controls:
This toy takes three AAA batteries. The control panel has six buttons. One is an on/off button. Then you have two buttons to turn the bunny either higher or lower. Two other buttons control how fast the balls inside the vibrator spin. The button in the middle is for the functions.
It has three different functions. Each function involves the whole head spinning in a circle. It's not a huge circle, but it's certainly noticed when you're using it.
Function one has the rings inside spinning in one direction the whole time. Function two has the rings spinning rapidly in one direction then the other. Function three has the rings spin in one direction for a couple seconds, then jump back to the other direction.
This toy gets quite strong. Even at its weakest, it might be too much for some people, but if you need strong vibrations this would be perfect for you. The rings also turn quite fast at their highest setting.
The only downfall is that this toy can be a little loud. If you're using it internally, though, that cuts off some of the sound. If you have it under a blanket with a fan or something on, you shouldn't have to worry about anyone hearing it. You could also use it underwater, which makes it quieter.
