Vogue Is Not Just A Magazine

Best use:

The Vogue is a rabbit vibrator that stimulates both the g-spot and clitoris at the same time. While a partner can maybe insert it, there's not much action that needs to be done with a toy like this.. by two people or even one person. Just insert it, and enjoy the ride! Being waterproof, this toy can go where you go; on a bed, in the shower or tub.. anywhere. The smaller clit vibe could be used to stimulate the nipples or other areas as well, but it's not as convenient as a smaller toy for that kind of action.

    Vogue is made of smooth, soft silicone, and has a white plastic base. The silicone is soft, non-porous, phthalates-free, hypo-allergenic, and all that good stuff. Between the silicone and plastic base is a rubber ring, sealing the battery area from getting wet, if properly closed. I didn't notice any distinct smell from it, except maybe a very light, fading, vague rubbery smell. The package also came with a little silicone nub that poked out of the packaging, to be felt by potential buyers before buying. I find the little nub amusing, and kept it around for a couple days.

    The insert-able part of the Vogue has 6 ridges to go over, varying in length. The ridges are a little weird; I felt like I was shoving a very smooth pine tree up me the first time I used it. On the clit part there are also smaller ridges, as well as two "bunny ears" to tickle the clit. These "ears" vibrated just right to make me all twitchy and hit the super sensitive spots.

    Being nine inches in length, hiding this toy isn't very easy. It does come with a pouch, though, so storing it isn't so bad. However, though it doesn't have a realistic design, I really have no idea what excuse you could come up with if you had to explain to someone what this is.

    On the white plastic dial/handle of this toy there are 2 buttons: a power button, and one with little zig-zags, indicating the vibration dial. There are different vibration settings, from a steady constant vibe to different pulses of vibration. Most of the vibes are felt in the clit part of the toy, not in the base. When inserted, it's pretty quiet. I doubt anyone listening outside a closed door would hear more than soft moans with this toy on and under the covers. The power button also turns the toy off no matter what setting it's on, making for a fast "getaway". It takes 2 AA batteries.

  • Care and Maintenance:

    Usually for cleaning, I wash this toy with soap and warm water before and after use. However, you can put it in the top rack of the dishwasher. I would recommend removing the batteries and making sure the plastic cover is tightly sealed onto the silicone section.

    Note that with silicone toys, you can not use silicone lube. It'll destroy the silicone parts of this toy.

    For storage, I just slip it (well, wiggle and maneuver) the baggy it comes with over the toy. If storing for long periods of time, remove the batteries so they don't corrode or anything.
