I was not impressed with these at all. The rubber tips simply kept falling off of the tips of the clamps, even before I got them on. And even though I suppose they can be worn without the rubber guards, I think if they're included with the clamps, you should expect to be able to use them without the level of trouble I experienced.
These clamps are okay. The little rubber covers on the ends keep falling off though and the metal ring loosens, causing them to slide off during play.
They were also quite painful (not in a good way) on the clit. During play, if you move, they shift and it causes more unpleasant pain.
wast of money. the metal on thease are so thin that they bend when you make them tight. As they bend they fall off. the ring you use to make them tight pinches your skin when you move it
i bought these clamps to complete by self bondage. they are the best clamps i have used. being you can adjust them by sliding the ring on the ring makes all the difference in the world won't come off and the clit clamp makes all for a long night of torment
