  A perfectly adequate, unimpressive pumping sleeve. It certainly was a step up from the supposed "Universal" sleeve I reviewed a few weeks ago, but ultimately is unimpressive. It's a bit like changing the garden hose - you're not likely to be absolutely stunned by performance, but would know if something were completely backwards.

  This is actually a good and comfortable pump seal, it's slightly oversized than most pumps seals but it still provides an outstanding seal, the sleeve is also soft and cushions the pumps vacuum pressure providing a less pinching effect on your scrotum. The original receptacle size is probably made for a rooster's pecker but a few slices with a razor will widen it out. I had to cut mine down to the second rib. I'm giving this sleeve a 5 because I find it to be the most comfortable and best sealing pump sleeve out of the 7 sleeves advertised on the site.

  I spent the extra money for this sleeve thinking it was more durable and would last longer than latex sleeves. It tore after the 1st use. Yes, I lubed the heck out of it inside and out but it has a design flaw found in many sleeves. It has V-cuts on the end which creates a stressed seam for a tear to form. I've had better luck with the latex replacement pump sleeves by California Exotic and they are cheaper.
