Good afternoon: I recently read your comment on my Mona 2 review regarding various lube use.

Please be aware that coconut oil is both anti-bacterial AND anti-fungal. It is one of the safest and best lube for women especially if a woman is prone to infections. Please read the Love Balm review.

You also mentioned that people should not use silicone lube with silicone toys. This is indeed accurate if you have a lesser quality silicone toy. If you have a higher quality silicone toy (platinum/medical grade) , some silicone based lubes will be ok in use. This is why I suggest a spot test first. As yes, silicone lube with a lesser grade silicone toy will degrade the toy. Some adult toy companies might only use 10% medical grade silicone and 90% of a lesser grade to create their toys and market them claiming "made with 100% medical grade silicone". Again, this is why I suggested a spot test first. However; in my review I did say, "I'd not suggest silicone based lubes, but feel free to do a spot test if you prefer silicone based lubes."
