You have no book shops around you?? So do you order a bunch of books online all at once?

YAY!!! I hope you get to do the shred today.. I literally hate level 2 so much that I hate the thought of having to do it. I have 4 more days of it... can't wait to go to level 3. hopefully it's better.

I should start doing the yoga.. the 30 day shred doesn't feel like it's doing that much to me. I mean I do feel like my legs are getting stronger.. but when it comes to the arms & stomach.. meh.. nothing really.. my arms get extremely exhausted from my 3 lb weights. i have pretty much no muscle I guess. & the ab work outs don't feel long enough to do anything.. I have a bender ball that did wonders for my abs years ago.. but I stopped using it a few years ago because I was in a car accident to where my back would hurt when Id use it.. Tonight I used the ball & pushed through the pain.. I used to use it for 15 minutes a day.. & loevd my stomach... I'm also thinking about doing p90x again.. I did it for only a month before & loved the results..

Ha! Yeah, I'm hooked on tv also! So if there's a movie that also has a book... I'd rather watch the movie. Books bore me.. I remember as a kid I read this one book " A child called It" (I think that's the name) & I loved it!! That was forever ago though. I stopped having patience for books.

I had to skip to level 3.. The level 2 was deleted on youtube. I can't find it anywhere....unless I pay for it.. & there's no way I'm paying for a work out. ... I actually like level 3.. I didn't at first.. I think that once level 3 is over.. I'm going back to p90x. Who knows though.

That's great that you're seeing a difference in your arms!! ... I'm not really seeing that much of a difference.. just because I pretty much drop the weights quite often during the workouts.. Since my arms would get tired very fast.

Think I got that 6.0 thingy a little over a month ago? Don't really remember, but it happened before I published my Eleven review, so that means writing a good review has almost nothing to do with ranking!!! I believe it was the result of my busy activity on the forums and on voting and commenting on others' reviews - that's how one's ranking move up (and it's called point farming)! How ironic!
