This collar is very sexy, easy to adjust to your neck size, and you could easily attach a leash. As a first time clamp user, I found the clamps a little tricky to figure out, but this did not take away from my love for the toy. One clamp kept sliding off, so if you have bigger nipples, the clamps may need to be a little tighter than is comfortable. Overall, I love this toy!
