WASTE OF MONEY! I went into this with an open mind, and came away being terribly disappointed. Though my husband does not need to be any bigger, it would have still been fun to pay around with. Though it is soft to touch, what good is something that feels nice if you cannot use it.
The sagging of the tip, and the limited amount of internal area for insertion make it difficult to use.
Best use:
Personally, I feel the best use for this toy is to occupy the trash can. Other than that, it is pretty much useless, well, at least for my husband. I could see it perhaps being useful to someone with a small cock, but even then, I think it could cause some issues.
Both beginner and advanced users could make an attempt at using this product. I think it would turn off beginners from trying other extenders in the future, and it would make more advanced users question why they wasted their money. I know that I sound like I am really down on this product, but I am not at all sure who it was made for.
Although marketed as an extender, I think it would be better used for male masturbation. - The "life like" material has an ultra soft touch, with no smell. It makes a super fun squishy sound when you handle it without a cock inserted. The material is stretchy, fitting over even larger members, and did not rip on first attempt like some products for men. Although smooth and seamless, the extender has "mini pits" throughout. The pits do not cause any change in feel or use, and can be seen in many toys because of air bubbles in production.

- I understand that this is to add length, but why cant it be made longer, and be able to fit more men? This in my mind is a design flaw. The shape however is well thought out, and is realistic looking.
No special attachments are needed to use this extension as it is strapless. Although the material "sticks" to the skin, with some men there is a chance of it pulling off. The smaller the cock, the greater girth it adds as it is "thinned out" with more stretching to fit a larger cock.
The extension goes on easily as it is stretchy, and can be slipped right on. Likewise it comes off with a light tug, once again giving me reason to suggest that it could slip off on some while in use.
I think the average person could use this extension, while it may not be suited for someone with too small of a penis, or too large. Maybe it is me, but I think that there is a shortage of "average" men purchasing an extender, therefore; it may not be a huge seller.

- Because of the "life like futurotic" material the head of the extension sags. Now granted, this six inch extension did not fit down my husbands entire shaft, but I assume that it would do the same with many cocks since you can only really insert about three inches in.

- When using the extender, make sure you are using a water based lube, as a silicone base lube will melt this toy over a period of time. That is the last thing you want, a melted lifelike cock; it could be mentally scarring.
The extender will require more care with cleaning than others. The material is the type that will crack when dried out. I have found that the best way to store such toys is in a bag with corn starch, to keep it "moist".
