Kegels - Better Sex Starts Here

What are Kegels?

Kegel exercises are performed by clenching and releasing the pubococcygeal (PC) muscles, also called the pelvic floor.

What are PC Muscles?

An internal hammock of muscles stretching from pubic bone to tailbone, encircling the perineum, holding the pelvic organs in place, and controlling much of the activity in your lower half.

Power Up Your Orgasms

During orgasm, the pelvic floor of both sexes repeatedly and involuntarily contracts. With regular kegel training, those contractions become stronger, resulting in a more powerful orgasm. During arousal, Kegels also promote an increase in blood flow to sexual organs. This in turn increases sensations, and performing kegels during intercourse makes it more pleasurable for you and your partner. Kegel exercises also tighten the vaginal walls, making you feel more when penetrated, and your partner feels more of you. Men who perform Kegels regularly can develop better ejaculatory control.

Kegel Exercises are Designed to...

Promote fresh blood circulation to essential muscles and organs, and strengthen muscles that control proper sexual and urinary function.

How Do I Perform Kegels?

Women: Clench the muscles you would use to stop urine flow. Hold for 3-5 seconds, and release for 3-5 seconds. Perform 25 reps, 3 times a day.

Men: Place a dry washcloth over your erect penis and clench your muscles to raise the cloth. Repeat until this becomes easier, then graduate to a wet cloth for more weight.
