How to use this electrostim controller?
1. Insert batteries into the control pack.
2. Turn the STRENGTH dial fully to the minimum setting.
3. Insert the attachment contact pins into the control pack.
4. Affix pads or insert attachment as intended. Always lubricate the area to ensure proper conductivity.
5. Press and hold the red POWER button for 1 second until the red light turns on.
6. Select your preferred mode.
When a mode is selected, the green light will blink.
7. Start slowly increasing the STRENGTH dial until you feel a light tingling sensation.
8. Adjust gradually to find your comfortable level.
9. Use the SPEED button to fine-tune frequency.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES
Always ensure the STRENGTH dial is at minimum before powering on.
Always lubricate the stimulation area.
For multi-polar attachments, all connective parts must be in contact with the body during use.

How do the modes work?
TAP Mode: Evenly spaced pulses of consistent strength.
VIBRATION Mode: Wave-like cycles that rise and fall in intensity.
MASSAGE Mode: Stronger, prolonged pulses at a steady intensity.
AUTO Mode: A programmed sequence cycling through the above modes.

Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes - if used properly. Always start with the strength dial at minimum and increase slowly. Electro stimulation should feel tingly, not painful.

Should I use lube with any attachment?
Yes. Proper lubrication ensures conductivity and even sensation.
It also improves comfort and safety.

How do I use this safely?
Always start at minimum strength.
Do not use if you have heart conditions, a pacemaker, epilepsy, or other electrical implants.
