Buy It to Try It

If you're just starting out your journey with packing & have the time & energy to maintain this toy, I can easily recommend it. There's no point in buying a high-end packer only to discover that it does nothing for you! This toy is simple, cute, and will give you a lil' something to show off~

Use

If you're someone who's looking for their first packing penis, I was in your shoes until quite recently. Having only occasional bottom dysphoria, getting accessories for packing was never high on my priority list, but always remained as an object of curiosity. This packer, mostly due to its price, is how I decided to take my first experimental tiptoe into the world of packing. If you're looking for an introductory experience without the commitment of a huge price tag, I would also likely recommend this as your first packer! Just as a word of caution: this product is made from a porous material, so may not be well suited for those who prefer low-maintenance devices. But I'll get to that more further down!

Material / Texture

Typically, I don't enjoy materials that are porous in any way because of the increased level of maintenance, but since I wasn't planning on using this often, I decided I didn't mind so much. Whether or not it's "worth it" to invest the time & energy to keep this material clean will be something everyone will have to decide for themselves. Thankfully, TPR can be disinfected in boiling water if it ever needs a "deep clean", but a gentle rinse with warm water & mild soap before & after use should be enough to keep it more or less clean. Despite how many times I clean it, there is a slight plastic/chemical odor; this is not noticeable while in use, as far as I can tell.

Another thing to note about this material is that it seems to shed an oily substance into porous materials it maintains prolonged contact with. I haven't noticed anything on my underwear so far, but you will notice this phenomenon if you leave the packer on a tissue or piece of paper towel for an extended period of time. Because of this, I store my packer in a plastic zip-lock baggie to avoid contamination.

It's also rather sticky & may be uncomfortable if you maintain pubic hair like I do. To combat the issue of sticking (and to also minimize smell & to prevent the toy from absorbing too much liquid) I always coat the toy in powder (baby powder or dusting powder) before each use, making sure that the toy is entirely matte before wearing it.

My final observation about the material is that it seems rather susceptible to ripping. The damage is nothing major so far, but between my (typically) long nails & typical use of the packer, I've noticed areas of wear & tear. And I'm a relatively careful person who tries to mind the longevity of their possessions, so it's not like I'm tossing this thing around without a care in the world.

Design / Shape / Size

It might be a bit of a stretch to call this toy "realistic" as it's still pretty obviously a toy, but I will admit that I enjoyed having a realistically sized bulge that actually resembles a flaccid penis. It's cute! And if you're wearing it with underwear, you very well may "pass" as having a penis. I think whether or not you find the design appealing will vary greatly depending on what you're looking for from the experience of packing. If just having a bulge is your primary concern, the design is great!

Probably my biggest complaint about the design is a typical one: it only comes in two colors & the "brown" color is still rather light, probably more like tan. This issue doesn't affect me personally because I'm white & pale as a ghost, but I know this can be very alienating for those whose skin colors are rarely - if ever - catered to. You don't need yet another instance where you feel like you're not welcome.

If you're looking for something you can wear long-term (say you need to take a long flight) or you want something that's more showy... this probably isn't the packer for you, unfortunately. The porous material calls for regular washing & the size is definitely on the more modest side.

Performance

As I've said, there are a lot of things I don't love about this packer, but that hasn't necessarily stopped it from being a helpful introduction to the world of packing for me. I don't have a harness, so, unfortunately, I can't say if I would recommend using it with one. However, given that it's so prone to tears, I would probably suggest against it.

This toy isn't a "top of the line" product, but you're not exactly paying for one either. As long as you know what you're getting into, this should serve your purposes nicely.

Care and Maintenance

I highly, highly recommend washing this toy with warm water & mild soap before & after each use as a means of extending the life of this product as long as possible. As I said above, coating it with powder before wearing it will also help maintain cleanliness. If you don't mind this level of simple washing (and occasional boiling to disinfect), you probably won't find maintenance of this toy to be too arduous. That being said, if small rips in the toy will bother you, you might become easily frustrated or disappointed. In that case, I think a more durable material, like silicone, would be more suitable for your needs.

Packaging

The box is your standard, in your face, no-nonsense California Exotics box. It's definitely not subtle & it's a lot bigger than it needs to be, in my opinion. If discretion & space are not a concern, you may be fine with just leaving it in the box, but (as I suggested above) you'll likely want to keep the packer in a plastic baggie to avoid its oils seeping into the cardboard & whatever is beneath it.

There are basic care instructions in the box; if you lose the instructions, you can always check back on the product page for material care instructions!
