This product is meant for masturbation. It is glass, so it's very hard and has no give, but is great for G-spot masturbation given the little nubs at each end. For safety, I do not recommend this for anal play, given that it does not have a flared base to it.

The Charming Duet is by SSA glass and made of borosilicate glass. It is very solid and does not have give. It does not have any smell or taste and is non-porous. Glass toys are completely able to be sterilized with isopropyl alcohol, boiling (not highly recommended), running through the dishwasher, or setting in a bowl of warm water+10% bleach solution.

The toy itself is blue all over and has little nubs on each end of the dildo and what I would like to call raised "squiggles" along the base. The nubs definitely give great texture and are very noticeable inside of you. As for the "squiggles," I'm sure they are noticed and help with stimulation. Although they aren't very raised, they probably are just giving a slight extra stimulation in conjunction with the nubs.

I would probably recommend this toy to a beginner just because of how smooth it is with the little nubs for stimulation. I feel it would be a great first toy. But, it would work great for advanced users of glass as well.

I love the design of this toy. It has a wavy shape to it and has little nubs on the end as I described before. The nubs are great for stimulating my G-spot, just as it appeared it would in the picture. The little "squiggles" I would say are giving some stimulation to the vulva. A great thing about this toy having "waves" is that you can turn it inside of you like a juicer. When you turn it as you are thrusting, it creates different sensations, stimulating your entire vagina rather than just one part.

This is not a toy for "size queens," nor is most glass. It is a skinnier dildo, only about 1" in diameter, but does what it's supposed to do.

This toy is fantastic. Sometimes when thrusting, it feels like it is also stimulating your clitoris. It hits your G-spot perfectly with the little nubs. The thing that I'm not sure if I like or not, but does make it pretty, are the "squiggles." I cannot feel them inside, but I'm sure that what they are doing is stimulating the outside of my vagina. If they are actually doing anything, they are doing well. If not, I guess I'll never know.

I have described some ways to care for this toy in the Material section. How I like to care for my toy is to keep it in its bag. After each use, I either use an Eden Toy Wipe or clean it well with hot water and anti-bacterial soap. Since glass is non-porous, it will not absorb your bodily fluids, nor will it absorb the soap or water. Glass is so easy to clean, just scrub it down and dry it with a clean towel or lay it on a clean cloth and let air dry. When it's dry, you can just put it back in its pouch for safe keeping.

This particular toy came wrapped in the brown packaging paper which fills the boxes when you make an order.
Also, it was wrapped in bubble wrap inside its red, velvet pouch. The pouch feels slightly padded, but it might be a thicker velvet.
