This product is worth the money if you know what you are getting into. I purchased this just to see what it could do and I'm thrilled with it. If you are looking for a fast gain then you are out of luck because I don't think you will find one anywhere. This product does work for a fast gain that is temporary though, and that is what I use it for, I can get up at a 5.5-inch penis and in 15 minutes have a 6+ inch penis for the day!

As far as penis pumps go, I think this is the best on the market. Not only is it safe (or safer than air pumps), but it's appealing to newbies and advanced users. That being said, I can't vouch for how effective it is at increasing girth and/or length. I'm not saying the Hydromax doesn't work, but if you want to use it, you have to be mentally prepared to be in it for the long run.
