I can't think of any sleeve I've used that is better than this. It works excellently for wet pumping. Silicone is easy to clean and maintain.

For when you need a replacement for that used up and worn out pump sleeve. It is also nice to have an extra around in case that situation comes up that your sleeve isn't working.

If the barrel of your penis pump is 2-1/2 inches to 3 inches in diameter, you need to have the Universal Pump Sleeve on the end of it. The soft silicone is exactly what you want wrapped around your manhood and it is still strong enough to let you get some good use out of your penis pump. The only reason I gave this 5 stars is because I can't give it 6!
