Contour M is a white ceramic massager with a curved dome and four legs. It is very smooth and naturally cool to the touch. Flipped upside down it resembles a small bowl. It is very easy to grasp and use. It fits easily in my hand and is comfortable to hold. A big plus is that it doesn't take as much strength to give a good massage as hands. Most massagers we have tried are either hard to hold or don't feel as great as hands would or both. This is easy to use and feels great. It really is a win-win for both giver and receiver.

There are three ways to use Contour M. It can be used on its dome side for a broad stroke massage. Secondly, it can be used with all four legs down for a multi-point massage. Finally, it can be used with one leg for a single point more concentrated massage. The four point massage is the favorite for both my husband and me. It seems to be the most comfortable way to hold the massager and for both of us, it also feels the best. We have never found a massager that could take the place of hands until now. It is truly an awesome toy.

It can be used all over the body, but is especially nice on back, butt, legs, and feet. My husband has been nursing a sore elbow, and this feels great for that. I discovered with this tool my head beam an exciting erogenous zone. Who knew? There is a warning in the directions to not use this on the back of the neck right below the skull, on a pregnant abdomen, or on calves with unexplainable pain. It's also not made for genitals. Other than that it can be used anywhere. It gives an amazing body rub that can alleviate sore muscles or just create a relaxing sensuous massage.

The contour M can be heated or cooled. It can be warmed up by submerging it in warm water of pouring warm oil in its concave side. Never heat it in a microwave or on a stove. Always check the temperature before massaging with it. We have warmed it up by wrapping it in a heating pad for a short period of time. The warmth is very relaxing. It could also be used cold by running cold water over it or by placing it in the fridge. We haven't done this yet because it's winter right now. We may try that in the summer for a refreshing and invigorating massage. Most of the time we just use this at room temperature because its convenient.

As it is not a traditional sex toy, this is discreet. You can leave it out or show it to your friends or parents. No one will give you that sly sidewise glance. It was packaged in a box with an instruction manual. We leave ours out on the nightstand because we use it often. It is small enough for easy travel.

EF sells this alone or in a kit with a massage candle. We have not tried the candle, but I am sure it would be great. We either use it with coconut oil or without anything at all. It's best with the oil as it glides more easily against the skin. However, it still works well without the oil.

The other night, my husband was using this on me while we were lying sideways face to face. I thought it would be great to have two so we could massage each other together. He agreed so a second one has been wish listed. This is a magical massager. We love it.

I still love this body massager. We use it several times a week. It is great for soothing sore muscles and nice for erotic massages also. I don't know what we did without it. It's our most essential massage tool.
