Oh My Goodness!

Considering this is a first, the Eins feels very refined. It is a unique experience that many users may be interested in. If the dimensions are not your favorite, just wait. There are more coming out on this line.

Use

The Stronic Eins is the first of Fun Factory's Strong line of toys. The Eins and other toys in the line are not vibrators. At least, they do not vibrate in the sense a traditional toys does. The Eins is a thrusting or piston-like toy. Through its modes it is able to shake and thrust back and forth in a variety of ways. In a way, it's the closest thing you could get to a huge (and expensive)Sybian and similar machine (note, they are very different items that provide different stimulation, but this is the next best comparison I could think of).

The Stronic Eins has all the qualities you would have in any of Fun Factory's higher-ended toys. It is not a loud toy, so it is an option for those who live with others. Even if you share a dorm, you can take it with you into the shower or bath. The Eins is completely waterproof and submersible. It has a nice motor for its thrusting and should excite many a user. Again, it is unique. There is no handheld toy this compares to. More experienced users may want to add this to their collection. Those newer to toys may want something more tried and true or smaller. The Eins is not designed or intended for anal play.

Material / Texture

The Eins is coated with silicone. Silicone is a very body safe material. It is non porous, so bacteria cannot thrive inside of the toy. So long as you clean the surface of the toy it will last a long time. The silicone has a small amount of drag. This is nothing a drop of water-based lubricant couldn't fix. The silicone is better than some but not the best. Je Joue and Lelo silicone are more silky and buttery to the touch. Still, it's a good coating.

The shaft and base of the Eins is firm, but the coating of silicone provides a degree of plushness. the bump that is a few inches down the shaft is pure silicone. The tip of the toy is flexible in both directions. It can be flexed, but it is not floppy. It will still provide firm stimulation. There are not noticeable seams on the silicone. There is only a seam where the plastic base meets the silicone shaft. There are some smooth lines on the toy on the front of it, but it is smooth overall. The plastic bottom is smooth and has a bit of a sheen to it.

There is no overt smell to the Eins.
    • No odor
    • Not porous at all

Design / Shape / Size

The Eins is a pretty hefty toy. It is 9.25 inches long with an insertable length of 5.5 inches. It is thinnest at the tip of the toy and flares toward the base. At it's widest point it is 5.5 inches around. It's a bit on the larger side, especially if you use it beyond the first couple of inches. If you are not a fan of larger toys but still want a toy of this style, do not despair! Fun Factory is coming out with a line of these thrusting Stronic toys.

You could give someone a good whack with this toy. It's a couple of pounds and solid. It would make a decent impromptu weapon. It would add some weight and take up some space in your bags, but you could bring the Eins along. You don't have a choice (yet) if you're determined to bring a thrusting toy with you. In terms of appearance, it is obvious the Eins is a sex toy. It's best to keep it away from prying eyes. In terms of sound, the Eins is not loud. It is 1 to 2 Bees.

Functions / Performance / Controls

There are three buttons on the Eins. The buttons from top to bottom are as follows: a plus, a minus, and a red "FUN" button. The user interface for the Eins is pretty innovative and cute. To turn the toy on, press the FUN button. If you press the plus or minus button the FUN button will flash (kind of like it's saying "no, it's this button over here!"). When you turn it on, you'll be greeted with the first mode. It is a symmetric thrust that goes back and forth. If you continue to press the plus button, you'll get the following:

-An faster symmetric thrust
-An even faster symmetric thrust
-The thrusts are more rumbly and shorter
-Short really fast thrusts that slow down to almost stopping, restarts
-A thrusting rollar-coaster
-A couple of short thrusts and then a flurry of them
-Similar to last one, but the thrusts go back and forth, then flurry
-Short thrusts, the a backward thrust flurry, then a forward flurry

There are also moses that allow slower thrusts as well. Basically, there are plenty of option to choose from. Use the plus and minus to shuffle between settings. If you turn it on and then hold the minus button you'll reach these slower, lighter settings.

Again, the toy is not a vibrator, it is a thruster. There are vibrations produced by the Eins. It is rumble in nature as it rocks back and forth. It has nothing to compare to yet so it makes it difficult to assign strength to it. Because it can be an intense experience given the strong motor, I give it 4 Vrooms in terms of output. The Eins is waterproof and completely submersible. It is a click n' charge toy. It has a magnetic charger. Have the nodes of the charger line up with the nodes on the base of Eins. It is charging when the FUN on the charger turns red. It is done when it is no longer lit.
    • Easy to use
    • Lots of variety in function

Care and Maintenance

Since it's waterproof, you can let the Eins soak in the sink if you want. Just make sure the toy is completely dry when you decide to charge it. You can use soap and water, toy wipes, or toy cleaner with the Eins. The silicone does collect lint. It is best to store it in a lint-free cloth. If the lint becomes too much, just wipe it down before use.

Only use water-based lubricant with the Eins.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Packaging

The Eins is in fairly standard Fin Factory Packaging. It comes in a card-stock box with a sleeve. Remove the sleeve and you'll be able to open the lid of the box. You'll see Stronic laying there. There will be a stretchy, plastic netting around the controls. In a compartment to the right you'll see the charger nestled. There are two instruction inserts. One is on the magnetic charger and the other is on the Eins. It would be nice that this came with a pouch considering it is two hundred dollars.
    • Minimal
    • Very informative
    • Would make a nice gift

Experience

What do I say about the Eins?

I HAD to get it. It's so different. It has a place in NYC's Museum of Sex because it is an important part of human sexual history. It's the first to of its kind. It can influence many toys to come. It could also influence what customers will look for in a toy. Even if you dislike this toy, you have to give it credit for the impact it will have on our culture.

That aside, the Eins has been a lot of fun. I would love a Sybian, but I cannot afford it nor do I have the space for it. This is the closest thing I can get... for now. The first thing I did after charging it was place it on a peper towel and turn it on. It was entertaining to watch how the Eins traveled across my counter. Our housemates were also enjoying how the Eins moved throughout the various functions it has. They also commented on how sizable this things it.

Then it was time for performance. You don't have to insert it very far to feel it. It will also not force itself into a vagina (in case anyone was wondering). You can hold it, have your partner hold it, or nestle the base against a blanket to free up your hands. Then you can use a clitoral vibrator at the same time.
