Anyone who likes less pressure on the prostate or isn't comfortable with large anal toys should find that this particular toy will not cause any usage anxiety. However there really isn't any perenium stimulation, and the toy seemed to want to slip out just enough so that it was out of place from where it should be. Recommend to be a little conservative with lube and possibly be prepared to use a little muscle to hold it all the way in.
