I wouldn't want to wear these panties all day long because they are low-rise on me and they just don't feel the best. However, there are panties (for daily wear) and panties (for sexy wear - with lingerie?) and these are the sexy ones. I love them for that. I highly recommend these if you wear size 8 or 9 panties and like the low-rise ones.
