The Fantasy Book review

When I got the book I'd be reviewing, The Fantasy Book, I assumed it would be some raunchy and hot fantasy book, something more creative and less vanilla. When I got it in my hands, it looked like a photo album; a book no one would look twice at. Crushed roses and sweet romantic petals are definitely for some and not for others. They're not for me.So, I rolled my eyes thinking it would be one of those lame, Victorian-eque books about love, rose petals, and old-school romance. Some of the subject matter was like this and left me thinking, "Oh please!" but as I got further towards the end of the bedside book, it got more racy. There was a full two pages dedicated to positions, body-licking flavors, places to have sex, role playing, light bondage, and pictures; though I thought the marshmallow bath was a little messy. The Fantasy Book also offers a subtle way to suggest fantasies if the reader is not an up-front person; there is a ribbon marking the book, and the two writers suggest leaving it bookmarked and on the bed.The "melter" in me also liked the bits of poetry; most of them were from some of my favorite classics and the other blurbs reminded me of magnetic poetry. In the end, it was cute, cheesy-romantic but definitely for live-in, married, or very serious couples. It's a different way to spice up (in a mild way) any relationship if both partners are into romance.
