Bagno Bliss mineral bath is a light lavender gel with a thick consistency. It is a very thick gel...thicker than liquid hand soap, but lighter than a heavy hair gel.

It does not feel oily, yet leaves skin smooth and silky after a soak in the tub. The bubbles are not excessive like a child's bubble bath. This creates a light fluffy layer of bubbles in the tub that is just right.

The smell is an herbal and rosy smell, which is not overly floral. This does smell rather strong in the bottle, but once the product is added to running water in the tub, the scent is not nearly as strong. If you like floral scents, this should appeal to you. It is not a fruity or tangy smell at all, but closer to a muted rose scent. Principessa calls this "isolina," and this is a Principessa signature scent which can be found throughout their product line.

Bagno Bliss is full of vitamins and botanical extracts for moisturizing and skin care. There are also various preservatives and fragrances added. Be sure to check the ingredients if you have sensitive skin, but overall, this is a mild and soothing soak.

The bubbles are long-lasting and smell great. Use 2-3 caps full of gel for a lovely layer of bubbles.
This could also be used in the shower as a body wash, but it is definitely more of a moisturizer than a soap.

This bubble bath is packaged beautifully, as are all of the Principessa line of bath and beauty products. The thick, sturdy 18.5 oz. black bottle is adorned with the signature swirly-black-on-pink Principessa label and a little pink bow on top. The ingredients are listed on the back, and a lovely description, but no directions. Luckily, most bath products (including this one) are self-explanatory. Pour it in, then sink into the bubbles!
