As a Lactation Consultant (a breast and breastfeeding nurse specialist) these scare the hell out of me. Excess negative pressure on the breast can cause damage and these types of hand pumps have been mostly taken off the market for breastfeeding mothers, due to the damage, sometimes permanent damage, they may do to the breast and the nipples.

Personally, I would avoid these at all costs. There is not way to control the negative pressure (suction) and it isn't worth damaging your breasts.

This product feels so good. Its perfect for four- play. It gets your nipples so hard and intense. I would suggest for big tit girls.

my wife tried the cups they were great, a good buy.

The cups have to be hard to create a vaccum The seal at the opening of the cups would be better if they were more flexible. Being small breasted these work nicely. I would not recommend them for size B or above. My AA was sucked fully into and fully filled the cups. Due to the weak bulb use small pumps rather than full bulb compression. It works more effectively after you have the initial skin to cup seal established. Personally I would like to see a similar product with a 1 1/2 to 2 inch opening for nipple use, but that is just me.

I really do not like this product. The cups are very hard and it doesn't give you the nipple stimulation that it advertises...It basically sucks your breasts into these cups...flattening them into a mammogram machine could derive the same result.
