Buy some maca at the local natural food store. That is really the only ingredient in this that will do you any good. Even with 100% maca, you would need 4 capsules a day to touch your libido. So if you plan on purchasing these, be prepared to consume upwards of 10 pills per day, making this bottle a 6 day supply.
Best use: "THE WORLD'S ONLY ORGANIC LIBIDO ENHANCER FOR MEN AND WOMEN" That is what the Hot Rawks website state. (This seriously can't be true!) According to the directions, you are supposed to take 2 to 4 capsules daily, which can be opened and mixed with water or fresh juice. I will start off by saying, I am female, and I was the one to test this product. My husband has a high libido and if it worked, I couldn't risk his being heightened. I'd never make it to work! On their site, they listed the different ways it would work for different genders (which, being organic and a nutritional supplement, means that none of the statements have been evaluated by the FDA, meaning they can say whatever they want even if it isn't true. They could put on the bottle that this pill will make you be able to fly like a bird if they wanted to) and I will go into them more in a bit. This supplement is a blend of 7 different organic herbs and spices, all meant to help you sexually in one way or another.

- If you are taking this supplement in capsule form, it is smooth and goes down easily with a sip of liquid, even though it is a large pill. If you open it up, it is a powder that can be mixed with water or juice. However, it doesn't seem to mix well and just clumps up, making a nasty smelling chunky drink. I highly recommend taking them in capsule form if your gag reflex allows for such.

- In pill form this is tasteless and odorless. However, in powder form it smells and tastes pretty gross. Personally, I would equate it to the aftertaste of vomit, not exactly sexy.

- I started off by taking 2 capsules, the bottom end of the recommended dose. After 3 days, I noticed zero changes in my libido, so I decided to up my dose to 4 per day. Five more days went by (for a grand total of 26 out of the 60 capsules in the bottle) and still nothing. I decided that I would take funny pictures with some, in hopes of getting that to enhance my mood. Here are those pics for you.
"Why buy the capsules when you can just get the pics for free?" That's what my grandma always said! Or something like that.

- Simple, sleek, child-proof packaging means that only your children can open it, as usual. So, call over a 6 year old, tell them you need to take your vitamins, and ask them to push the cap then twist it to open. It is almost impossible (I say almost, cause if I leave that word out, some jack-hole will try to prove me wrong) to open this bottle one handed. There will be a foil/paper covering on the top of the bottle that you will need to tear off, and inside will be a cotton ball stuffed on top to keep all the little guys safe and fresh. The bottle is black and has a ton of info that many people don't bother to read. It is a #1 - PET or PETE polyethylene terephthalate bottle, which is used in many soft drink, water, and juice bottles. It's easily recycled, doesn't leach, and accepted by most curbside municipal programs and just about all plastic recycling centers.

The Hot Rawks is not only supposed to help your libido but also your mood, stress, energy, and a wide variety of other things. While I did not experience any benefits from this product, my male partner had. If you've consulted with your doctor, and need one or more of the "benefits" of the product, it is worth a shot. It may not have worked for me, but maybe it'll work for you.
