Yupp have one got to use a few times. Sleeve tore. Then because of that motor got wet. Now it's froze up. Also the last time I used it the controller, I dropped it will holding the unit and because there wasn't a knot inside the controller pack it ripped out. By the time I got soddering gun to fix it that's when I discovered that there wasn't even a knot inside the mian part where the motor is either. Now I need new motor, controller, and sleeve. How can I get new parts for a 90$ piece of equipment. ???? Frustrating. I liked the results before it broke! !!

There is a modification you could do...i did and it helped. The designers should look into this.....I took a hacksaw and cut around the the area where the white motor housing meets the purple chamber and took a utility knife to the clear piece inside that the beads ride on and threw it out. took a piece of foam and wrapped it around the sleeve and put it back together with tape. Now the beads actually cause the sleeve to go up and down and it feels great... They just need to make more contact and stroking movement with this item....other than that, it sucks as is.

This is the most worthless toy made. Looks good but as said before just makes a bunch of noise. I tore it apart just to use the rubber lips as a sleve. If you are small enought to actually get into the hole the beads won't massage you. The shitty motor bogs down if you are able to feel the beads.
