The design of the mini nipple suckers is really nothing fancy. If you look at them very closely, they resemble engorged nipples to some extent. There is no hand pump attached so some users might wonder how on earth these little nubs would ever do any type of sucking. I wouldn't have known myself had I not thought of squeezing them while placing them onto the nipples. That's right, this toy is so simple that you just have to squeeze it to get nice suction.
Once the suckers are doing their job, the nipples are overcome with a strong suction. Keep it on for a minute and you have a nice little teaser. Keep it on for a few minutes and you end up with larger than life nipples. I kept this on for about five to eight minutes. Every so often, I would adjust the suction by squeezing the nubs to make the suction harder or releasing them to make the suction softer.
