Just received it and I should have heeded anonymous' warning. There is no suction and the greatest thing about it (outside of being cute) is the fact that you can use the vibrating egg seperately....I will keep it but not recommend it for its main use.

The worst. My nipples are large and the thing barely fit around it. I though it was going to create some type of sucking action. None, save your money.
