You may get more than you bargained for.
Overall I like this toy/exerciser but not for the purpose it was intended. If you want a kegel exerciser that will keep your mind on the job at hand I'm not sure if this is the one. But if you want something that will keep you in a sexy mood then this could well be the one. I would recommend these for women with loose PC muscles as they are so easy to keep in. Either way, just have fun using. Read more

    I really enjoy these. I can feel them very rarely, but I mostly use them to remind me to do my kegel exercises. They feel really nice when you clench on them! They are a bit hard to insert so they are comfortable; I have to shove really hard to get mine comfortable, but once they are in there they are wonderful! The worst part is that the little nub at the end where the string is has a really bad habit of not wanting to stay in unless they are pretty far in. I don't mind getting them up there, but it's just that I learned on my own about this small flaw, so experiment with your own body a bit before you give up on them!

    I found these balls very ridgid in every way! Very uncomfortable! Mine went straight in the trash. I would rate them a zero if it was possible
