Definitely Helped My Kegels! But, Not Recommended for the Novice.

Although these were my first Kegel balls and a gift I appreciated, I would not recommend Pleasure Pearls for the Kegel novice. However, once you've had some practice with a dildo or large Kegel exercisers, I would highly recommend giving Pleasure Pearls a try.
