Studies have found that aromatherapy has some therapeutic effects and lavender is one of the best when it comes to helping people relax. Rather than fussing around with various types of essential oils, much less finding them and mixing it yourself, this product takes the guess work away and keeps it basic.
All in all, if you already know what pure lavender oil smells like and you like it, you'll probably like this. The scent isn't the longest lasting and it's a little pricey, but it can be worth it if you know what you're getting into.
Unfortunately, other than the bottle not leaking and the spray pump working well, I can't find anything good to say about this Aroma Mist. Instead of leaving a room smelling fresh and lemony, it reeks of chemicals, alcohol and stale lemon balm. It's oily, as well, which is not good for fabrics. May be better in other scents.
When used on women, it relaxes the mind and body, as where men will react to this spray as if it were an aphrodisiac. Make your plans ahead of time. For girls this is great for sleep, relaxation time, bath time...anytime where you want to wind down and relax. Body safe, smells great and it comes in three scents, what more could you ask for?
