Pump it, stroke it and vibrate it, this is a multifunction pump that can work with the right amount of practice. I would suggest a smooth sleeve in addition to the textured sleeve it comes with and use the vibrations sparingly. so in summary this toy is a huge waste of time and money it hurts your penis and just dosent do what everyone said it did so idk if maybe i got a defected toy or what but i read the other reviews before ordering this and well im no were as happy as everyone else. sorry for the bad review but its hard to write a review for a toy that sucks.
