The Vibro ring is made from stretchy TPE - thermoelastic plastic. It balances tightness around the shaft of your penis with stretchiness to accommodate larger differing penis sizes and aid getting it on and off. This is always the knife-edge that makes or breaks a cock ring and I have to admit, they've got it just about right here. It's a good balance between stretchy and taut, offering a good balance between the tightness to strengthen and stimulate an erection and the ease of getting it on and off.

There are two schools of thought with cock rings - above the balls, or below them. In theory, cock rings that clamp the cock below the balls trap the most blood overall (and make the whole shaft stiffer.) There's a small, slim bullet on the top (or bottom, depending on how you wear it) of the Vibro ring. It slips in and out of the TPE sleeve and takes watch batteries to work. How many is up to you to work out for yourself. Four come included with the package, but I got it to work fine with just one (leaving three spares) and then crammed another one in there. It's all kind of small and cheap, but if you tighten it up right, the vibrations are nice and strong and you can't really criticize it.
